A CUP OF WARM MILK…FOR GROWN UPS💛

Warm milk should not just be for kids. If you have trouble unwinding at night or want an alternative to an over-the-counter sleep aid. Give this recipe a try. Almond milk and coconut water combined with therapeutic spices is the perfect way to end the evening. See what you think:

RECIPE:

3/4 Cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
1/4 Cup Coconut Water
1/8 Teaspoon Turmeric
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 Teaspoon Raw Honey
Couple shakes of Black Pepper
Couple shakes of Cardamom
A Pinch of Saffron

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low heat. Mix well. Can use a wire whisk to eliminate clumps if necessary. Let heat for a few minutes to let the Saffron absorb into the Almond Milk.
