The good news is, it\u2019s much easier than you might think! Making your own Epsom bath salts is a simple, enjoyable DIY project that lets you get creative with scents, colors and ingredients. Plus, there\u2019s something extra satisfying about creating a relaxing bath experience with something you made yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE BENEFITS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bath salts can be very therapeutic&nbsp;if you use&nbsp;pure and natural ingredients. For example, Epsom salts and different mineral salts can be beneficial for your health and body. Epsom salts are crystals of hydrated magnesium sulfate used for sore muscles, body aches, laxatives or medical use. Himalayan sea salt, on the other hand, is a red rock salt mined in Pakistan. The red rock salt contains a great amount of natural minerals that the body loves to soak up. Absorbing these salts can help balance the body&#8217;s PH levels and aid in detox.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with\u00a0<strong>salt<\/strong>, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person. Colossians 4:6<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Another beneficial ingredient are the oils that are added. You can use any carrier oil you prefer. Personally<\/span>, I prefer<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> almond oil and fractionated coconut oil with this recipe. However, sunflower, olive or jojoba oil are also a nice addition as well. The essential oils used can be tailored for a beneficial addition to the bath salts and can help with a variety of ailments including colds and stress. Epsom Salts\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 Tablespoon Pure Pink Himalayan Sea Salt\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 Teaspoon Carrier Oil (can use almond oil, fractionated coconut oil, sunflower oil, etc.)\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>5-10\u00a0Drops Essential Oils (I love lavender essential oil the best)<\/li>\n\n            <\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"zrdn-block-wrap zrdn-instructions\"  >    <h3 class=\"zrdn-recipe-label zrdn-instructions-label\">\n        Instructions    <\/h3>\n<ol class=\"zrdn-list zrdn-instructions-list numbers  zrdn-element_instructions\">\n\t\t            <li>Combine all ingredients in a bowl. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Mix well.\u00a0\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Transfer to a container with
