Store-bought fruit and vegetable wash contain some &#8216;not so natural&#8217; ingredients, which can include chemicals. \u00a0Many are also seriously overpriced.<\/p>\n<h4>STORE-BOUGHT FRUIT &amp; VEG WASH<\/h4>\n<p>Here are the ingredients in a common store-bought wash: \u00a0<b>Purified water<\/b>, <b>oleic acid<\/b>, <b>Glycerol<\/b>, <b>Ethyl Alcohol<\/b>, <b>Potassium Hydrate<\/b>, <b>Baking Soda<\/b>, <b>Citric Acid<\/b>, and <b>Distilled Grapefruit Oil<\/b>. While these ingredients are not necessarily harmful, many are still unnecessary. I like to wash my produce with more <a href=\"http:\/\/greeneyedgrace.com\/i-call-it-biblio\/\">natural ingredients<\/a> that would not leave a film of other substances.<\/p>\n<h4>MAKE YOUR OWN<\/h4>\n<p>You can use this simple wash on all of your fruit and vegetables. Simply spray all over, rub it on your produce, and rinse off.
