I found that it speeds up recovery, makes them feel better and helps them sleep. Many bath products for children can be full of unwanted ingredients. I feel that it can have a negative effect on their health. That is not very beneficial when they are fighting a cold. I began making bath salts out of Himalayan sea salt and epsom salt to help them relax in the warm tub. I found that they began to feel better faster using these &#8216;healing bath salts&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Here is my favorite recipe:<\/p>\n<p><style>\n    #zrdn-recipe-container
