For a more natural way to treat headaches and stress, try making your own essential oil roller. The blend I use has some essential oils that can be very beneficial:<\/p>\n

Peppermint<\/strong> – Helps relieve nausea and headaches, promotes respiratory health, can alleviate stress and promotes intestinal health.<\/p>\n

Rosemary<\/strong> – Acts as a pain reliever, can alleviate stress, can be beneficial for the skin, great for aromatherapy and helps indigestion.<\/p>\n

Eucalyptus<\/strong> – Acts as a natural decongestant, helps with mental exhaustion, can act as a pain reliever and has a refreshing scent.<\/p>\n

Clove<\/strong> – Alleviates headaches, boosts the immune system, can help alleviates stress, helps with nausea, has healing properties and assists the respiratory system.<\/p>\n

These four essential oils together, make a wonderful oil roller for headaches and stress. This roller is also great during cold season for the common cold.<\/p>\n

Here is what you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purchase an empty (dark color) essential oil roller. You can purchase these at a natural health store or at Mountain
\nRose Herbs. I have included the affiliate link for easy access to their website. Get a darker color glass to preserve your essential oils as long as possible.<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTS:<\/strong>Sunflower or Grapeseed oil (as your carrier oil)
\nPeppermint essential oil
\nRosemary essential oil
\nEucalyptus essential oil
\nClove essential oil<\/p>\n

DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour carrier oil into your essential oil roller (10ml) until it is almost to the top. Then add:<\/p>\n

3 drops peppermint essential oil
\n2 drops rosemary essential oil
\n2 drops eucalyptus essential oil
\n1 drop clove<\/p>\n

This is a STRONG blend, so do not use more than a couple times a day or on young children\/elderly. For more in depth directions on how to use an essential oil roller, please click HERE<\/a>.\u00a0 Gently tip up and down to mix the oils well. Place roller top on and try it out!<\/p>\n

As most of you know who follow my blog, I push organic and chemical free. Please make sure your essential oils are pure and if possible buy organic oils.
