AN EASY GUIDE ON HOW TO SHAPE YOUR EYEBROWS
Unfortunately, many of us are not taught that we need to keep our eyebrows tidy. Eyebrows frame your eyes and make such a difference when they are well maintained. When shaped well they can really bring out your eye color, shape and accentuate your facial features. Here is an easy guide on how to shape them.
A DIAGRAM IS ALWAYS HELPFUL
1. INSIDE EDGE – Line up your tear duct with the beginning of your brow by using a pencil and setting it at the edge of the nose. Where your pencil touches your brow is usually a good indication of where your eyebrow should begin.
2. THE ARCH – To find the arch, set the pencil at the edge of the nose while looking directly ahead. Set the pencil directly over the iris of the eye. That is where your arch most likely should occur.
3. THE OUTSIDE EDGE – Angle a pencil from the side of the nose to the outside corner of your eye to see where the brow should end.
MEN V. WOMEN – The biggest difference between men’s eyebrows and women’s eyebrows is how defined you make them appear. Follow the same guidelines for a man with less sculpting. However, some men actually prefer their eyebrows a little sharper. This look does give a more professional look, which is very popular among business men.
One thing to remember about eyebrows is that they are SISTERS (or brothers) NOT twins. There will always be that one eyebrow that is a little different than the other because we are not perfect.
