MAKE IT
Purchase an empty (dark color) essential oil roller. You can purchase these online or at a natural health store The darker color glass helps to preserve your essential oils. Now fill it with the ingredients below.
DIRECTIONS
Pour a carrier oil (sunflower, olive or grapeseed oil work well) into your essential oil roller (10ml) until it is almost to the top. Then add:
3 drops peppermint essential oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
2 drops eucalyptus essential oil
1 drop clove
This is a stronger blend, so do not use more than a couple times a day and avoid using it on young children or the elderly. Gently tip up and down to mix the oils well. Place roller top on and try it out!
