SWEET DREAMS ESSENTIAL OIL ROLLER – Make It Yourself

So many clients have mentioned that they have a hard time getting to sleep or staying asleep. Sleep is such a huge part of taking care or your physical and mental health. Because of that, I began looking at essential oils as a sleeping aid. There are so many essential oils that help with relaxation. Here is one of my favorite recipes for making your own sweet dreams essential oil roller. Hopefully this helps you sleep better and feel more rested!

WHAT YOU NEED

A 10ml Amber Glass Essential Oils Roller
Carrier Oil
Lavender & Frankincense Essential Oils

Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Roller

Ingredients

• Fill a 10 ml essential oil roller with your favorite carrier oil (sunflower, olive, grapeseed, fractionated coconut oils)
• Leave a little room at the top and add:
• 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 4 Drops Frankincense Essential Oil

Instructions

1. Place cap on essential oil roller.
2. Gently shake.
3. Roll onto temples, feet and/or back of neck before bedtime.
